David Bearman - CEO v
Despite studying for an architectural degree after school, David fell into what was then a small family insurance broker. Noticing gaps in the market he started working full time in the industry at a young age and has grown the business to 40 employees, 3 offices and £40million GWP. David continues to drive the business forward through diversification and rolling his sleeves up when necessary.
Neil Milner - Managing Director - London Market v
Neil has been part of the Group for 9 years, originally as Commercial Director working alongside David. In 2012 he was promoted to head up the London Market and has taken the business from a standing start to producing half the Groups total income in a very short time. Neil was instrumental in gaining Lloyds Accreditation and continues to develop exclusive schemes to support the wholesale side of the business.
Simon Piggott - Compliance Director v
Simon has been working with David for 17 years and is the longest serving member of staff by far. Alongside regulatory duties Simon manages all systems, reporting and our relationship with the FCA. He also heads up the in-house claims team and IT for the Group meaning he is always in demand and rarely available.
Canan Oral - Finance Director v
Canan has been part of the Group for 10 years and before that worked for the accountancy firm who audited the Group. Recognising her talents, David Bearman offered her a full time role in the business where she is now Finance Director. Within this role, Canan manages all the financial aspects of the company together with the sales support team and ensuring the books are impeccably balanced in-line with an FCA registered company.
